Based in North Vancouver, and serving the lower mainland, Kennedy Construction specializes in home renovations and bespoke custom builds. They pride themselves on quality workmanship and excellent client relationships, facilitating projects from inception to execution.

With a clear understanding of what they stood for but a real lack of online presence to demonstrate this, Kennedy Construction reached out to Goat. We set out about building a website which aligned to their work ethic and beliefs around good, honest construction with a focus on exceptional design.

Aided by a beautiful collection of project photography, it felt only natural to align this experience to that of an architectural company. We put emphasis on individual projects and funnelled users toward customer stories, with detailed descriptions and stunning images of each build.

After a successful website launch, we looked to reinforce the Kennedy Construction brand through organic digital marketing. Goat planned and executed a variety of written pieces and accompanying video content, to help customers better understand what to expect when renovating their homes.

We enlisted the help of Todd Talbot - host of HGTV's Love It Or List It Vancouver - after his successful and enjoyable experience working with Kennedy Construction. Over a dozen individual videos were created as part of the campaign, including a tour of Andrew Kennedy's home, hosted by Todd himself.

The benefit of long-form, educational content and brand growth campaigns is longevity. Using a combination of conversion goals, AI-driven targeting, and a/b testing will result in high-performing ads gaining more attention for less investment, as time goes on. As Kennedy Construction continues to do the great work they are renowned for, their Google rankings and website traffic will increase organically over time.
