Effective October 2026. IMA GOAT, LLC ("GOAT," "we").

This page covers wearegoat.co. The short version is that we collect your email if you give it to us, we use it to email you about GOAT, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

Your email address, when you type it into the waitlist form and hit the button.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include things like IP address, browser type and the time of a visit. Every website's host does this.

The site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies. The fiber calculator and the other toys on the page run in your browser, and what you tap isn't sent to us.

What we do with it

We email you about the launch, early access and GOAT products. That's what the waitlist is for.

We use server logs to keep the site running and secure.

Who else sees it

Klaviyo, our email service, stores the waitlist and sends our emails. Netlify hosts the site. Both handle data on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms.

We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it for other companies' advertising. We'd disclose information if the law required it, or to a successor if the business were sold, under the same commitments as this page.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. It works.

You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@wearegoat.co from the address in question and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law. We honor the request either way and won't treat you differently for asking.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the reasons above.

Kids

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

When the site starts doing more, like taking orders, this page will change first and the date at the top will change with it.
