Cancellation policy
Autoship Subscription Policy - When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select and will automatically bill your credit card and be shipped to you.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Subscriptions are billed as the cost of the coffee ordered plus our current standard shipping rate.
If our standard shipping rate changes, your subscription shipping rate will also change.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. You can edit, change, pause, or cancel your subscription with 1-click any time within your account. Visit My Account > See my subscriptions.
Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Additional emails will be sent when your next subscription is being prepared for shipment, if your card is declined, or if another change is made.
You can pause or cancel up until the shipment has been processed. Once the shipment has been processed (meaning a new order # is created and your card has been charged) you cannot cancel, edit, or pause. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and most orders are shipped out before these changes can be made.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Continued participation in the subscription program is considered acceptance of updated pricing. If you do not wish to continue at the new rate, you can cancel, pause, or edit your subscription at any time prior to each shipment.
Products are subject to availability. Products unable to be filled, discontinued products, or otherwise not available items will be cancelled.
